INSIDE THIS BOOK

A closer look.

Take a little safari into a world of big imagination. Baby Safari Friends Coloring Book brings curious young animals and playful picture stories together for children ages 4–6. Meet Tuli the elephant calf, Gigi the giraffe, Zuri the zebra and a whole group of friendly little explorers.

The 50 original coloring designs follow small discoveries across a storybook African savanna. A lion cub watches a butterfly, a meerkat peers from a burrow, a rhino finds an empty shell and an ostrich chick wonders about the moon. Each scene has its own setting, pose or surprise, giving young artists plenty of variety without crowded backgrounds.

Bold black outlines and generous open spaces invite children to choose their own colors. A short coloring invitation and clearly labeled STORY SPARK accompany each picture. The sparks are imaginative fiction, created to help children tell their own little tales; this book is a creative activity rather than a wildlife fact guide.

This large 8.5 × 11 inch paperback contains 104 interior pages. Each of the 50 designs appears on a right-hand page with a blank reverse. A blank Name line lets the child make the book their own. Crayons or colored pencils are a comfortable starting choice; use a protective sheet when trying markers, because blank backs do not prevent bleed-through.

Enjoy a few quiet pictures at home, bring a safari scene on a journey or share a coloring afternoon with family. There is no required color scheme and no correct ending to these stories. Every little artist can imagine a different adventure.
